Upat South Africa has been honoured with the prestigious “Showroom of the Year” award from the Milwaukee EMEA office. This recognition is a testament to our collective dedication, hard work, and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. This award was officially handed to our Milwaukee National brand specialist Werner Koch in Dubai for the Milwaukee conference. The Upat SA showroom was officially unveiled and fully operational in June 2023, this showroom space is the first of many to come showroom spaces for us as we look to scale out into other branches in different provinces.

The showroom showcases our different brands – STABILA, BESSEY, fischer, STARMIX, Eibenstock and Milwaukee – uniquely and interactively. The Upat team worked hard to get this space up and running and all involved deserve a BIG congratulations for their hard work and dedication.

The space offers so much more and positions our brands as the premium solutions, with all our product offerings on display. This space allows us to showcase each brand uniquely and will only serve to benefit our customers in the Retail, Industrial, and Hardware industries who can now see our full solution offering. We have created a one-stop shop that ensures clients leave fully attended to and with the correct and best product solutions.

The interactive showroom and store have been designed to allow customers to see and experience the range of high-quality brands Upat SA supplies throughout South Africa. Interactive demonstration product stations have been built to show off the capabilities and functionality of the latest innovative products from fischer fixings, STABILA Spirit Levels & Lasers, Milwaukee tools, and BESSEY clamping solutions. We have also ensured client support is prioritized through on-the-ground technical support, Our Product Specialists are available on request to provide product training to ensure you get the most out of your purchases made in-store.

We have also made sure we keep our clients refreshed with our coffee bar space, this space is for our clients to enjoy a coffee while they experience the space. Our showroom aims to make the shopping experience more interesting and interactive for clients.
