UPAT Delivery Policy

At Upat SA we are dedicated to processing orders as quickly as possible so that you can get your orders as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 5 to 7 working days after you have received your order confirmation and stock availability email. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will be notified via email and supplied with a tracking number allowing you to check up on the status of your delivery.

Please note we will only deliver to areas in South Africa and should your order for delivery fall outside of South African borders it will not be processed via the Upat website. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will be dependent on your delivery address and the items purchased.

*For orders exceeding R2000 your delivery will be FREE of charge.

Door – to – Door Delivery:

Delivery costs are calculated during check out. Standard delivery upon confirmation of order takes 5-7 working days.

*Please note that deliveries are made during working hours from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 16h30.

International Shipping

We can assist with international shipping however, to facilitate this request please kindly get in touch with our Head Office on +27 11 624 6700 or send your enquiry onto jhbsales1@upat.co.za.

Please do take note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Upat SA (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for these import charges if they are applied and is for the customers’ account.


Delivery Status

When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification from the courier company which will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the status of your delivery. Click here to track the status of your delivery.

If you have not received your order within 3 working days after receiving your delivery confirmation email with tracking details, please contact Collivery on (011) 241-4900/ support@collivery.co.za with your name and tracking number for assistance.
